Instructions for E-mail campaign

Here is the instruction for the 11 participant clubs regarding sending the e-mail – please read it before send the e-mail.

1. If you are interested you have the permission to translate content of the email into your language.
2. You should start sending this email on 11^th November, 2011 at 11.11a.m according to the time of your country. (When it’s 11.11a.m in your country, please start sending it).
3. We’ve attached all the project photos with the email for your convenience to download images. So, when forwarding please unattached them.
4. And when you are forwarding please unattached this document & the photos from the original email.
5. Send this email to as much as people you can…………..!!!

Project 11-11-11 11.11

Project 11-11-11 11.11 is a project designed and maintained by two Leo Clubs from two different countries - Leo Club of University of Moratuwa (District-306A2, Sri Lanka) and Leo Club of Jhargram (Dist 322C1, INDIA)- it is one of the unique project of both two club - the project is a awareness project for young people of society like teenagers about "Drug & Alcohol abuse".

We have decided to collect unique customize poster contains a special slogan aiming youth under the category of “Drug & Alcohol abuse awareness” from the Leos throughout the world. They will take only 11 poster form 11 different countries (One Poster from one country).

With that 11 unique poster & slogan’s we will create a collage and we will e-mail that collage to all participating Leos throughout the world. Then everyone will start circulate that e-mail to their friends and we also circulate that collage through social networking sites.

To start this Project we have selected a special date which comes once in a 100 year. The date is 11^th November 2011.On 11^th November 2011 at 11.11 [11-11-11 11.11] & each country will start the e-mail campaign at this time from their time. After that 11days we will do the camp on schools.
